Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Your ability to receive Messages from us may depend on your wireless telephone carrier or mobile device. Your ability to receive WhatsApp Messages will depend on your ability to receive wireless data and the availability of the WhatsApp service. Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver Messages. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
