By providing your cell phone number to Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network, you agree (or “opt-in”) to receive text messages through means including Short Message Service (“SMS” or text), Multimedia Messaging Service (“MMS”), or WhatsApp (collectively “Messages” or the “Service”) from Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network at the number you submit and affirm that this number belongs to you.  Opting-in to receive text Messages is not a requirement for receiving our services.

Because of the nature of our services, Messaging frequency varies according to each program and individual case.

As a HIPAA-compliant organization, we are required to inform you that SMS is not a fully secure channel. We take privacy and personal information seriously, and we do not share your data with third parties.

Your ability to receive Messages from us may depend on your wireless telephone carrier or mobile device. Your ability to receive WhatsApp Messages will depend on your ability to receive wireless data and the availability of the WhatsApp service. Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver Messages.
