What is a PAL Center?
PAL Center provides a safe, welcoming space for parents, families and caregivers. All of our Family Resource Centers offer:
- Parenting Classes
- Parent Child Activities
- Talk Times
- Supervised Visitation
- Free Weekly Meals
- Special Holiday Inspired Events
We also have a Clothing Closet where families in need can get free children’s clothes, diapers, formula and hygiene products.

What Are Perinatal Services?
Perinatal services are programs and resources for mothers with children up to two-year-old. Community Health Workers (CHWs) visit new moms at hopsitals offering future home visiting services & education on postpartum depression, safe sleep, oral health among other important topics.

What does Youth Services do?
Youth Educators works with teens in the community providing evidence-based programs about pregnancy prevention, healthy relationships, and life skills that give teens the tools necessary to make better choices for themselves.

At Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network, we welcome families from all walks of life, offering services in multiple languages, working around your schedule, and providing one-on-one support tailored to your needs. Our services are always free and always focused on helping you and your family thrive.

Our Health Insurance Navigators are dedicated professionals, helping clients with enrollment and assisting with application forms and paperwork over the phone or in person. Our Navigators Speak: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Bengali, Urdu, French Creole and Arabic
